At the start, I received two beautiful and well-organized course books, packed with explanations, weekly menus, tips, and space for notes. They're great to have handy during lessons and in between.

The 10-week hormone course was a truly valuable experience for me. In five 90-minute online sessions, they clearly explained how hormones work and what you can do yourself to achieve more balance. What makes this course so special is the combination of knowledge and genuine personal guidance. Leontien and Rebecca genuinely shared their thoughts, took their time, and provided personalized advice. 💫 Recommended for getting through the premenopause in a healthy and fit way
Just before the summer holidays, I started the hormone balance course, which was recommended by Leontine, with whom I regularly shared my experiences. As someone who hasn't yet reached 50 but is already feeling the onset of perimenopause, I wanted to experience as little discomfort as possible. It was a great starting point for exploring what hormones actually do in our female bodies.

These 10 weeks have been so beneficial for me. Every other week, an online meeting with a wonderful group of women to discuss theory and practice, get tips, and explore together what food labels actually reveal.

It's also a beautiful book full of delicious and easy recipes to get you started, based on theory, and getting to know your body better. This is also thanks to the various tests, since no two bodies are the same.

This course was and is given by two wonderful ladies who really know what they are talking about and who have learned their lesson through trial and error.

Considering that it was only 30 years ago that research into the functioning of the female body began, there is still much to be investigated.

It's become truly clear and clear to me how interconnected everything is—physically, emotionally, and mentally. If you start with just one thing, you realize how much that can mean for so many other things related to hormones, stress, emotions, body, thought patterns, and so on.
Everything is connected. My experiences during this course also led to some very interesting conversations with friends and colleagues.

A hormone coach (or hormone expert) helps people restore hormonal imbalance through analysis, lifestyle advice, and targeted interventions. These interventions include nutrition and supplementation, as well as stress management and exercise. The goal is to bring the body back into balance.

There are several times when it’s helpful to consult a hormone coach. For example:

A hormonal analysis examines the balance (or imbalance) of the various hormones in your body. Our coaching sessions and questionnaires are the foundation. This allows us to gain a comprehensive picture and identify patterns in symptoms and your lifestyle.

Did you know that 97% of people are out of balance at the cellular level?

A cell health test or a fatty acid test measures the health of your cells using a simple finger prick. Healthy cells are flexible and absorb oxygen and nutrients effectively. They also excrete waste products effectively. A healthy cell, therefore, has a permeable quality.

And yet most people have cells that are out of balance, and because of that they have

(A lot of) low-grade inflammation. When your cells are damaged, the cell membrane becomes hard and rigid. The result: nutrients are less effectively absorbed, waste products are not removed properly, and your health is affected.

In short, healthy cells are crucial for your hormonal balance. Fatty acids, especially omega-3, play a major role in hormone production and also support many other bodily processes.

Can you imagine that a hormonal imbalance and/or vague symptoms can also exist because your cells can’t properly absorb healthy nutrients? A cell health test analyzes your blood for 11 different fatty acids.
