People often have the idea that for yoga you have to be very flexible and you have to be able to do all kinds of complicated poses. But yoga is for everyone, so even without experience or if you are very stiff you can participate in yoga. Every body is different and in yoga it is important to listen to your own body. You decide how far or how deep you want to go in a pose and what you want to get out of it. By practicing yoga you will eventually notice that you can go a little deeper and become more flexible.
